Had a great week. Crazy fun in Nashville. The weeks ahead are loaded with excitement. Not that I'm not dealing with some bullshit like always, not letting the insects that this business is crawling with bite at me, because I am. I take the bait far too often, that's my fault, but by and large I'm truly popping out of bed right now, loving my work.
Thanks again for getting behind this platform. It's growing slowly, organically. I'm fine with that. Thanks for being here in early days. We're going to be making some very cool announcements soon. A couple game changers to this site I can't wait to tell you about. Teaming up with some fantastic folks to help turn this into what it can be. Stick close for info. It'll be here on the newsletter first.
I'm hoping to have news this week on ticket sales release for the Sunday Oct. 2 Comedy Store Main Room show I'm doing with Howie Mandel, Tim Allen, and Paul Rodriguez for the Midnight Mission downtown, which is a group that Diane and I have been supporting and doing events for for almost 25 years. This one is going to be the best ever.
Also have a big surprise coming up about an event I'm going to be a part of at The Rhyman auditorium in April as part of the fantastic Nashville Comedy Festival. Next week or so for all this news!
Meantime, last week we did a profile on my pal Jeff Ross who's gone into lightspeed with his comedy in the last year or two. Truly, I've rarely seen any act grow as much as Jeff has in the last couple times around the track. Read up.
There's a nice profile on Christina P. who is really beautiful and sexy. (Yeah, I said that. It's true, and too bad if that offends you.) She's also talented as hell and basically owns her own studio.
Also a piece on the very crazy and incredibly hysterical Eddie Pepitone. The Col. Kurtz of stand-up comedy.
That and a few other gems. Like I said, it was a good week!

P.S. I'm 38 years clean and sober today. The best choice I ever made. If there's a monkey on your back in the form of any kind of addiction, get it off. Live clean. Ask for and get help. There's nothing better than walking on the sunny side of the street.
Thanks @Jimmccambridge for the photo. Also thanks @vancarona for the one above. And while I'm at it, thanks to the king, @troyconrads for everything.
Okay. That's it today. Go do Sunday. Have fun. Don't get caught. Don't get even, apologize when you need to, forgive because you have to, and most important, expect a miracle and you'll get one.
Have a great week. Get some laugh reps in. It's IMPORTANT!!!
Love you,
Mike
